We ship most orders of in-warehouse merchandise within 48 hours by either US Postal Service Parcel Post, 1st Class, Media Mail or UPS. We offer standard ground shipping which we term as "STANDARD SHIPPING" for all non-express shipments (see rate chart below). We reserve the right to ship "best way" on all non-express shipments. "Best way" means that we will ship the packages by way of what we feel is the surest and quickest method for the s&h fee charged. "Best way" shipping is either by USPS or UPS ground. We can ship your order via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day air for delivery the following or 2nd business day. Express shipping is not included in the standard shipping & handling "STANDARD SHIPPING" cost. If you would like Express shipping, please email us immediately after placing an order with instructions to do so. We will then email you with a total shipping and handling fee, along with an invoice for the difference in cost. If you have any questions regarding this, please email us prior to placing your order. Standard Shipping and Handling for non-instrument, small items, via UPS ground or USPS in the Continental U.S. In most cases the following charges will apply for our "STANDARD SHIPPING" rates: --- $4.25 for orders totaling up to $18.00 or less.
--- $6.75 for orders of $18.01 to $50.00
--- $8.00 for orders of $50.01 to $80.00
--- $9.00 for orders of $80.01 and more

Digital downloads ARE available to our foreign customers as they are downloadable upon payment. Louisiana Residents - 4% sales tax will be added to your order before shipping & handling.

Our phone order hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm cst at 337-363-2177 from anywhere in the United States. You may also fax in your order any time to 337-363-2094 using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Please include your order detail including price and quantity, credit card number, cvv/cvc code, expiration date, full name as printed on the card / credit account, and the mailing/shipping address on the credit card account. Items ordered MUST be shipped to that address unless special "gift sending" arrangements are made by phone. See below.
 For payment, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL for phone or online orders. Paypal is our secure on-line processor, but you do not have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase through them. Your credit card or even check card is welcome. Your credit card statement will show "PAYPAL *SWALLOWPBNS". Mail-in orders may be paid with money orders or cashier's check besides credit cards. Sorry no C.O.D.s. Credit card security measures have mandated that customers MUST provide the last 3 digits of the CVV security code printed on the back side of the credit card when providing account information to complete a transaction. Address verification will also be completed before orders are shipped when charged to an credit card account. To avoid delays, orders must be shipped to an address on file in the cardholder's credit card account. If the shipping address requested is NOT on file with the credit card issuer (bank,etc.) for that account, the transaction may be cancelled.

For ours and our customers' protection, Flat Town Music reserves the right to delay and/or refuse shipment based on billing discrepancies. All prices subject to change without notice. Return Policy. All items represented in our web store and catalog, except cassettes, 45rpm records and LPs (albums), are offered for sale under our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy since 1956. Should any item you receive be defective in any way upon receiving your order, please return it to us with a note of explanation and we will gladly exchange it. Any returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. Defective compact discs can only be exchanged for the same selections. Because the above exceptions are sold at special close-out prices, all sales are final and no returns can be made.
