Kary’s Roux All Purpose Cajun Seasoning is the original recipe from Archange Lafleur’s Pig Stand Restaurant (1950-1980) in Ville Platte, Louisiana. This blend of spices was used on all of his famous plate lunches, barbecues, burgers and more. Kary’s Roux All Purpose Seasoning can be used on chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, seafood, french fries, or any food that you would like to give a great Cajun flavor! Simply sprinkle on in place of salt and pepper. For the True Cajun King or Queen!
