This limited edition CD comes with a CD-size, full color, hardbound book, which includes 88 pages of detailed historical notes by David Sax and an introduction by Chris Strachwitz. Also included are beautiful, never-before-seen photographs of the musicians, the town and the original labels on the recordings. Released in February 2013, 27 tracks + book.
